All beaches and beach parks are public, for smaller weddings there is no charge for use.Of course you may find other weddings happening at the same time, but most everyone is very respectful of your space. If you decide on a beach location I will be happy to give you more info on what the beach really look like. Most of our weddings are here on South Maui. During the early morning hours most beaches are quiet and empty. If you decide to get married at sunset, be prepared to share the beach with others, often other weddings are taking place. Most people are very respectful of the ceremony and will move if asked, but that is usually not needed. State law prohibits the serving of champagne or any other alcoholic beverage on public
beaches or parks. Sparkling cider is a perfect substitute.
